The Dual Classics website Not all great audio equipment from Germany is Grundig! Dual have produced some wonderful stuff too, such as the CS-505 turntable, C814 cassette deck, and CV1150 amp, which still form a large part of my hi-fi kit, despite having been purchased in 1982. Visit this website, a sort of equivalent site to mine, but for Dual equipment, for details of the many products for which this company are rightly famous.

Hackettsongs.com: The website of the guitar master who still gets called "the -Genesis guitarist" despite leaving the group in 1977. More accurately, (and, if you "get it", very cleverly) described by a fan at one of his concerts, he is "The man who progressed while Genesis stagnated!" Note: www.Stevehackett.comn is no longer associated with Steve.

Please Don't Touch: a Steve Hackett fan site, excellent companion to the official site.

Moody Blues site, for fans of the band who've been around for over 40 years this year, still gigging and still working.

www.peterkingsbery.net: fansite of Peter Kingsbery & his band Cock Robin, An American musical genius, now living in Paris (France, not Texas!)

The British Touring Car Championship: the UK's no. 1 motorsport series.

And, speaking of the British Touring Car Championship, the number 1 driver, in my view, was John Cleland, and as I was lucky enough to visit the workshops where his car was prepared, not once, but twice, back in the mid 1990's, read my article about thevisits on that very website.

888: The team who run Vauxhall's in the BTCC

Live in the UK? Been to School? (Guess you have if you're reading this) then you have to visit  and find all those old friends again.

And speaking of old friends, I have one who is actually involved in radio & media (Did I mention my enthusiasm for radio?) who has his own site. Why not pay him a visit at

And another friend who has studied ceramics and art now has his own website, visit him at www.michaelpriestley.com

Joe Harrell is a Grundig (and other) radio enthusiast who runs a business based around high end watches, the supply & refurbishment thereof. If you think you can use his services, go take a look at his website.

Have you got a website which would link logically from this page? e-mail me the details, and I'll consider it.
