Photography - nature

Beauty is everywhere in nature, which is a constant source of inspiration to the available light photographer. Some of the pictures here are part of my preoccupation with the apparent abstraction of form in the microscopic and macroscopic arenas. Others have fallen into this category because they don't feature people or things made by people, instead they are the evidence of the forces of nature subverting man made environments. Most of the pictures were taken for the sake of trying to capture something of the beauty which surrounds us but occasionally I get to take pictures of gardens or landscape installations in my work. There are so many more including stereo photographs, time lapse photo sets, and flash illuminated night scenes which will have their own sections soon

I also print and restore pictures from negatives, slides or prints. Prices for photographic services are listed at the bottom of the page (below the pictures).
