Lucy and Stuart welcome you to their homely b&b
at 1 Main Street East in Inveraray;
we're behind the red door next to the ironmongers. The house is very conveniently located with ample parking both in front, and just around the corner by the harbour. We're close to the main service bus stop on the green opposite the Tourist Information Centre, so you don't have far to carry any luggage. Should you have flown into Scotland via Glasgow International Airport, then it is worth noting that Inveraray is just over an hour away - therefore you can easily spend your first night in the Highlands away from the city bustle. If you're travelling by car you can safely park it and forget it until you wish to move on as we are literally just five minutes walk from all the main restaurants in the town. So you can find a good meal and enjoy a wee dram without having to worry about driving anywhere. Inveraray is a beautiful, small Georgian town; our house being built in 1776. Though it is very busy during the day with plenty to see, it is quiet in the evening. In total we offer the weary traveller calm, comfort and convenience. Remember the red door. |
