This is a rather tentative link as the 1851 census shows John as coming from Lincolnshire only. My reasons for connecting him to this family are due to the fact that there is no further record of him at Sedgebrook and that his two brothers Nathaniel and Robert are both in London.

Possible date of marriage:- 22 Feb 1821 at St Mary, Newington to Elizabeth Williams. (Not proven).
Possible date of death for John is 22 Feb 1861.

Will of John Turney of 6 Hanover Street, Walworth in the county of Surrey deceased, who died 22nd February 1861 at Hanover St. aforesaid was proved at Principal Registry by oath of Elizabeth Turney of 6 Hanover St. aforesaid widow the relict and sole executrix.
