RESCUED CATS In need of loving
homes
|
|
|
Unfortunately
all too often through no fault of their own cats find themselves in need of a
caring home; the reasons are many and varied. Owners needing care themselves;
the death of owner; divorce and family breakdown; or simply because they no
longer fit the owners image are all reasons why the unfortunate cats need a
caring home - some will have left a loving home behind whilst others will have
had a miserable life.
The reasons why they need a home are as many and
varied as the circumstances the cats have been living in -- in many ways these
are of lesser importance than finding a caring loving home for them to move
into.

The Society believes
that all Clubs should work together to help rehome pedigree cats - as breeders
we all share the responsibility. The Society believes that it should try to
help with the rehoming of any Oriental the Owner or Breeder has been unable to
find a suitable home for. We can only hope that the interests of other breeds
and HP's will be looked after elsewhere.

We are happy to help
other Clubs, and will include on this page details of any Orientals in need of
a loving home. The Oriental Cat Association has a well established and
extremely well thought out Welfare system and on this page we include details
of the 'unfortunates' in the OCA Welfare system ......
