Hubbles Variable Nebula Quite small, reasonably bright with a very distinctive comet like shape. OIII Filter makes no differance. Was quite surprised at how easy this was to find. |  |
2264 : Cluster with nebulosity.
Christmas Tree Cluster. Very bright, large, loose. Area around 15Mon is especially pretty. OIII filter shows subtle nebulosity. Very nice.
2244 : Cluster with nebulosity.
Rosette Nebula. Forms a ring around central cluster. Very large. Northern part most prominent. Use of OIII filter brightens this considerably. An exceptionally nice cluster/nebula.
