Pisces

[ Finder Chart ]

M 74 : Galaxy.

Despite the Messier name tag this is a very difficult object. Only really visible on the most transparent of nights as a largeish, faint glow.

676 : Galaxy.

This is relatively bright galaxy only made diffcult due to a 10mag star lying right over it. As with all galaxies the more transparent the night the easier it is to spot.

524 : Galaxy.

Despite the faint magnitudes often quoted I find this to be the easiest and brightest galaxy in Pisces, although it's still a small, faint fuzzy patch.
