A fine, fine real ale pub at Aston near Wrenbury and South Cheshire CAMRA's Pub of the Year.

West Cheshire Beer Festival 
A popular ticket only event based at the Spitting Feathers brewery by Waverton village.

The Blue Bell, TushinghamBranch Meeting: Blue Bell, Tushingham
As well as pressing branch issues to deal with we shall also be making our English Pub of the Year 2008 presentation to deserving incumbents Gen and Jerry. Please show your support for this very special freehouse. Start: 8.15pm.

Saturday 19th
Transpennine Pub Crawl 
Using a variety of rover and group saver tickets, a marvellous excursion to the cracking boozers around Huddersfield, Dewsbury, Leeds, York etc. Will the buxom barmaid be still working at the Stalybridge Buffet Bar some of the more lecherous wonder?

The event will feature a barbecue and live music on the Saturday.

Minibus Social: The Pubs of Llanfynydd, Graianrhydd and Eryrys Amongst Others
An opportunity to visit some excellent freehouses in places you've possibly shamefully never heard of. Subject to demand and negotiation, there will be a pick up in the Wrexham area.  Depart: Ship Victory, Chester 6.30pm.

Branch Meeting: Nag's Head, Lavister

Music and Cask Ale Festival: Bull, Shocklach
From the Friday evening the pub will be showcasing eighteen real ales. There will also be live music on Saturday, Sunday and Monday evenings plus a hog roast on Sunday night.
