Due to the small numbers (Scouts were out numbered 3- to-1) we all walked the clockwise version of the walk, via Taddington, High Dale, Litton, Cressbrook, Monsal Head and back along Monsal Dale.   

The weather stayed dry, but was cold and windy up on the higher ground. However the heavy rain earlier in the week meant that the river was high, and the footpaths a little wet!
