privacy of our scouts very seriously. This site is provided to share information
on Scouting activities and to allow Scouts to show friends and relatives what
they have been doing while at Scouts.

photographs on this site are provided under the following terms and conditions:

(Harpur Hill) Scouts has obtained permission from parents for photographs of the
scouts to be used in publicity material, such as this web site.
Individual
scouts will not be identified by name on this web site.
If you prefer
your child not to appear on this web site, please let us know through your
scout leaders.
In most cases
larger versions of the photographs are opened if you click on the smaller
image in the web page. However, these are usually still reduced resolution
images. If you would like a copy of an original, full resolution, photograph
of your child, please let us know either through scouts or by e-mail. Please
note the photograph number that is shown as the last part of the file
address in your browser address bar and/or window title bar (e.g. "IMG_1455.JPG").
The
photographs are made available on this site for parents, relatives and friends to
make use of them, and, if you wish, to print them out for your own personal
use.
Photograph
copyright is retained by the photographer, and photographs should not be
passed on to to newspapers or magazines without the copyright holder's
permission. Other commercial use of the photographs will need to be
approved both by the photographer and parents.
