Discounted rates are available for smaller family groups. 

Rates are for the entire vacation home per week with rentals starting any day of the week.

Optional Pool heating is available at $170 / £100 per week.

Vacations of less than 7 nights are charged at the daily pro-rata rate and are subject to a $100 / £60 cleaning supplement.

When you have decided to stay in our vacation home a non refundable booking deposit of $250 / £150 per week is required to secure the villa with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to the start of your vacation along with an additional returnable security deposit of $400 / £250.
