Welcome to our family owned luxurious 6 bedroom 3 bathroom executive vacation rental home with private pool and Jacuzzi spa. This large spacious light and airy 2 storey villa with cathedral ceiling above the main lounge area is comfortably furnished, fully air conditioned and is well equipped to accommodate up to 12 people or ideal for the family that just wants to spread out and enjoy the surroundings. This brand new villa, built in 2004, is located on the Crescent Lakes community just a short drive from Walt Disney World and within easy reach of all the other Orlando theme parks, golf courses and major attractions.

The villa has its own private South facing 30' x 15' Swimming Pool with fully automated Jacuzzi Spa and optional pool heating. The pool and extended sun deck area is fully screened and not directly overlooked providing lots of outdoor space to relax in. There's plenty of poolside furniture including table, chairs and sun loungers with a large covered lanai that provides ample shade from the Florida sun.

Location

Our brand new executive vacation home is situated in the up market development of Crescent Lakes which is a quiet residential and vacation community built around a series of Lakes and surrounded by a wooded conservation area which attracts a varied array of birds and wildlife yet is only 12 miles from Disney World. Located in Kissimmee just off Poinciana Boulevard south of Highway 192 this vacation home is close to great shopping and all the other world famous Orlando attractions. The beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf coast to the West and Cocoa beach with the Kennedy Space Centre to the East are all easily accessible.

 

Ground Floor

The family living area is bright and spacious with a cathedral high ceiling and comes complete with 3 sofas, Cable TV, DVD, Video and Stereo Music system.

There are 2 dining areas providing ample room for all the family including a breakfast nook with plenty of seating and patio doors leading onto to the pool and deck area along with a separate more formal dining area.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, ice maker, microwave, coffee machine, blender and all the cooking utensils and crockery you need.

The Utility room contains a top loading washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The 2 downstairs bedrooms comprise of a Queen sized double bedroom and a twin bedded room with an adjacent bathroom. All bedrooms have adequate storage space and additional linen.

There’s an open plan stairway to the upper level lounge, games room and 4 further bedrooms.

 

First Floor

The upper lounge area has 2 sofas, cable TV, Play Station2 and Karaoke DVD player creating a relaxing and informal area.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed with walk in on-suite Shower, deep Bath, separate toilet, his and hers sinks and 2 walk-in wardrobes.

There are 3 further bedrooms consisting of a Queen Double, 2 Twins and an additional family bathroom. All bedrooms have ample storage space and extra linen sets.

The Games Room has air hockey and table football for your enjoyment.

 

Outside Pool and Spa

The villa has its own private South facing 30' x 15' Swimming Pool with fully automated Jacuzzi Spa, optional pool heating and a child safety fence. The large pool and extended sun deck area is fully screened nor directly overlooked, having no rear neighbors and provides plenty of outdoor space to relax in. The South facing aspect affords both sunrise and sunsets with sun on the pool and deck area all day and all year round. A large covered lanai provides ample shade from the Florida sun. There's plenty of luxury padded poolside furniture including sun loungers, cushioned chairs and dining table. At night the multi-coloured fiber optic pool lighting system creates a relaxing ambience to enhance your al-fresco dining experience which can be taken out on the deck under the lanai complete with a ceiling fan providing an extra cooling breeze if required.
