Hiltingbury Community Association (HCA) is run by the community for the community. It is open to all who live in, or have an association with, Hiltingbury, i.e. roughly the triangle bordered by Winchester Road, Hursley Road and Hocombe Road.

Planning permission has been obtained for a community centre on the Hiltingbury Recreation Ground, subject to some minor amendments. Funding is being sought.

Whilst waiting for the community centre to be built we have decided to launch a social programme. There will be no membership fee for the first year, as we have managed to obtain a funding for part of the programme from the lottery fund "Awards for All". Subscription to the regular events bulletin will be £3, to cover costs, for the year April 2005- March 2006.

This bulletin comprises a list of events in and around Hiltingbury. Some are arranged by the HCA, whilst others are public events which might be of interest to those in Hiltingbury. We need more family events. Let us have your ideas.
