Patient Advice and Liaison Service, providing a ‘One Stop Shop’ for information and feedback on local health services, aims to help patients, carers and relatives sort out problems they may have as quickly as possible
and to spread good practice based on what people think works well locally.In this area Pals is a joint service run by Morecambe Bay NHS Trust and Morecambe Bay Primary Care Trust.
