[Exhibition]Viola 'Ada Jackson'

Raiser: Jacksons of Kettleshume
Year: mid 1950's

Colour: Large white blooms, with the bottom three petals edged rose mauve. Both upper petals are suffused rose mauve.

General: A most desirable variety, the blooms often require little or no dressing being of good form, substance and size. Suitable for vase or board.

Cultivation: Will bloom almost continuously if not disbudded, with consequent reduction in bloom size. It requires a little shade to produce the best colour. Makes a good rootstock, with cuttings best taken early; I take them in late June.
