Raiser: Unknown
Year: pre-1953 Colour: Lemon Yellow wire edged Lavender General: Like most edged varieties, the depth of colour on the edge can vary and in some conditions disappear altogether. As such rarely exhibited in single bloom classes and I would suggest better on a board than in a vase. Cultivation: A tendency to lank growth, and one that does need restricting to two or three shoots, temperature seems to affect the edge more than feeding. A long cool period of bloom development produces the best edge. Produces plenty of cuttings. |
