[Exhibition] Viola 'Hugh Campbell'

Raiser: Unknown
Year: 1960's?

Colour: Cream heavily suffused grey / blue.

General: An attractive variety that produces good quality blooms in a consistent fashion. It can be shown in a vase or on a board. My preference is a vase of six, which has a quiet charm.

Cultivation: An easy variety which does well in pots, and produces good bloom late in the season when other varieties are fading. The colour does fade in strong light but seems otherwise stable. Another variety that throws plenty of cutting material.
