Raiser: Unknown
Year 1930-1931 - Listed as "new" in H.J.Milner catalogue Colour: Creamy White edged Rose Lavender General: As with so many of the edged or margined varieties, the depth of colour can change or fade away completely. Good petal texture makes it a longer lasting bloom than some violas, and fit to show in either vase or board classes. Cultivation: Another with the" bedding habit". If it is not restricted and deshooted it will produce a mass of small, though not unattractive blooms. By restricting to 3 shoots per plant, good quality blooms can be had, as well as a reasonable crop of basal shoots in late summer. |
