1. Look after yourself. Get into the
habit of listening to your body:
- rest when u need to;
- meditate for a short time
everyday;
- listen to your emotions;
- be aware of what you're feeling
and accept that everything you feel is natural.
2. Develop your intuition. Keep a dream
diary to record the dreams and daydreaming images you receive. Over time,
you will begin to get intuitive pictures about what other people and ways
that you can help them through, for example visualisation.
3. Regularly send blessings. If someone
is difficult, don't send bitter thoughts their way. Negative energy will
drain you. Instead, try to send them unconditional love. Silently say:
"I accept that we have our differences, but I am sending you unconditional
love and blessing." You can also visualise white or gold loving energy
entering any person, place or situation that you perceive could benefit
from it.
