Purchased in March 1987 from Anthony Rodrigues this 1967 MGB GT MKI chassis number GHD3/130875G is the first MG I ever owned. Campaigned tirelessly until the arrival of 8MG080 and later the MGA's. This car is believed to have spent much of its early life in Malaysia, if you know any of its former 1987 history please let me know. Originally Red, I’ve seen White, Gold and Several shades of Blue in it’s past. It competed in the MGCC WA club championship for many years. Notable highlights include winning a midnight trial, second in the economy run (featuring a 2 and later 3 cylinder MGB engine), Fastest GT in Perth for many years. Back in 2002 it received a new paint job and 5 speed gearbox.

After returning from the UK in 2006 I set about completing the restoration I'd started so many years before. Garage space by this time was at a premium so I decided to sell 7MG 003 after 21 years of ownership.

In November 2006 7MG003 was sold to a ex work colleague who now looks after her.
