Onboard one of the British ships, the SBS who had been transferred off of Conqueror were planning a raid on the Island of South Georgia. The raid would take place with the help of the SAS.

Off the coast of South Georgia, a couple of HMS Brilliant's patrolling helicopters spotted a Guppy class submarine on the surface. They radioed back for instructions, and they were told to attack.

The helicopters attacked the submarine with missiles and scored two direct hits to the fin. This was the first attack and was the start of re-capturing the Falklands

The SAS and SBS attacked the Island along with 42 Commando using shock tactics!! The Argentinian troops were taken by complete surprise!!

The Argentinians proved no match for our troops and it wasn't long before the fight was won and prisoners taken and information gathered.

The British flag was raised on South Georgia, the British Task Force moved closer to the Falkland Islands.
