Method blue lines are save as Adobe PDF format. You will either need the Adobe web browser plugin or the Adobe Acrobat Reader (www.adobe.com). If you wish to download the file and view in the Reader program rather than with the reader plugin within your web browser, right click on the link and choose "Save Target as file" option.  You will then be prompted for a location to save the file.
