We will then return an email to you and
if the nights are available will provide a total price
for the stay and ask whether you wish to go ahead with
the booking. Should you wish to, we will email a PayPal
invoice (payable by any credit card) for the amount and further information to you.
Upon notification that the
payment has been made we will send a confirmation
notification email out that will include details of how
to pick up the keys etc.
External referral booking procedure
Should your booking come from an
external site i.e. a hotel advertising agency, your
details will be faxed to us to handle the payment for
you.

Due to false bookings in the past, all
bookings require payment in advance and cannot be confirmed
unless this payment is received
Due to the bungalow being advertised in various
places, on rare occasions two guests will attempt to book the
same nights. Should this be the case, the bungalow will be let
to the guest who first pays the confirmation invoice we send out
and we cannot be held responsible for bookings we have to cancel
due to this situation.
Broken and damaged items: As with any hotel, the
guest is liable for damage or broken items found after the
bungalow is vacated.
Lost items: All items brought into the
bungalow by the guest remain the full responsibility of the
guest and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any
items left behind. Should the owner discover lost items
and wish items posted back this can be done (where possible) but
a small charge will be asked for to cover postage. Should the
guest not request lost items back or not wish to pay postage for
the return of the items they will be disposed of after a period
of one month.
Driveway access: The driveway can occasionally
be difficult to access if cars are parked at the other side of
the road. Should this happen the neighbours are always happy to
move their cars they are asked politely. We cannot be held
responsible for the parking of the neighbours' cars.
Although every effort is made to maintain the
internet connection at 100% availability, we cannot be held
responsible if it is unavailable at any particular time.
