The final Holy Mass was con-celebrated by Archbishop Michael Bowen and all the priests who had at one time or another been associated with St. Catherine's.
The Mass was not to celebrate the closure of St. Catherine's, but to celebrate the work and achievements of the school over 42 years.
The theme of the Mass was 'New Beginnings'.
