• Entry level is Single-User and Main Module only, at a single site.
• Prices on application for entry-level, additional modules, multiple concurrent users, and multiple distributed sites
• the optional Drivers module may be installed individually in addition to the Main Module
• similarly the Accidents module may be installed individually in addition to the Main Module
• Drivers and Accidents are not dependant on one another but where installed together they interact freely
• the optional Stock / Purchase Ordering module may be installed individually in addition to the Main Module
• the Workshop module requires the Stock module to be installed simultaneously
• Concurrent user bands are 2-4, 5-15, and 16 plus users
• The Automatic FuelCard imports module is bundled free-of-charge within the Main Module price as a special introductory offer. (Unfortunately this offer cannot continue indefinitely). Similarly automatic import of Repairs and Maintenance data from PHH FleetCard will also be given gratuitously for the time being.
• The (complimentary) Organizer and Calculator software will continue to be so.

Rental Notes

Quarterly rental agreements, where applicable, are payable by Direct Debit and are for a minimum term of 2 years.
