Welcome to the Hullbridge Parish Council Website

Hullbridge Parish Council has 13 elected Members who serve a population of approximately 7,000 residents. This website is intended to give you an insight to the Parish Council, its meetings, activities and achievements.

Hullbridge itself is set in the north west corner of the Rochford district and is adjacent to the River Crouch in the north and surrounded by green belt elsewhere. The village itself is a vibrant community, served with many facilities including a Medical Centre, Infant & Junior Schools, Post Office and a large selection of shops and eateries. There is also a frequent bus service to Southend via Rayleigh, which gives a convenient rail link with London/Southend.

Many leisure facilities are available including yacht clubs, a sports and social club and the very busy Hullbridge Community Centre to which a number of clubs and organisations are affiliated. The Parish Council manages the Local Nature Reserve named Kendall Park and is instrumental in maintaining the many public footpaths that cross the parish which give a variety of aspects across the countryside from riverside to wooded and open country walks. Hullbridge also has a large recreation ground that incorporates a number of facilities for the young people of the village.
