Andrea Woodvine went south to Bedford for the Norwich Union/AAA under 23 T&F Championships and competed in the 3000m, finishing 4th in 10:24.33, just out of the medals. Andrea was eight seconds down on her PB, set when winning the Yorkshire title in May, a time which would have earned her bronze - but there are a lot of 20 year olds who cannot run one lap in 80 seconds, never mind trying to keep the pace for 7½ laps.
