The two-piece lever
next to the rewind knob operates the optical finder, which covers 50mm (F),
100mm (1 x) and 135mm (1.5 x) focal lengths. This was the first Canon camera
to incorporate this type of finder, and it was also the first with a die-cast
body. A screw head is visible in the centre of the slow speed dial. The baseplate is removable, to allow film loading.This model does not have flash synchronization. The top of the camera has the following inscription: |
