The FED 3 Type I was developed from the FED 2. It is flash synchronized (1/30 for X and 1/15 for M) and has a self timer. Diopter adjustment is achieved by rotating the ring around the eyepiece on the back of the camera.
This model is fitted with a knob to advance the film
