This camera is identical to the later Zorki-3M, with the exception of the slow speeds. These are on a separate dial on the front of the 3, but have been moved to the shutter speed dial on the top of the 3M.
The combined back and bottom is removable to allow film loading, and the lever alongside the film rewind knob is for diopter adjustment.
Later cameras (from 1955) are flash synchronized, at 1/25, through a contact on the rear of the body.
