The PF3L is similar to the Foca PF2 (**) of C 1947, but differs in that it has three stars on the front, a slow speed dial and lever wind (the PF3 has a winding knob).

Models were available with and without flash synchronization.

The pictured camera is fitted with an Oplarex 1.9/50 lens.

Military versions of this model exist, but are rare.
