I'm a practising theatre director, writer and systems analyst, currently Chair of the Directors Guild of Great Britain and a Trustee of the Directors Guild Trust. This website is about as retro as it gets, first built when I was engaged in PhD research at the Centre for Human-Computer Interaction Design, City University, London back in the 1990s, and at the dawn of the World Wide Web.
At City, I was examining and combining theories of drama, systems design and human-computer interaction (HCI) to improve the use of virtual reality environments for simulating human-human interaction, and to bring theatre and virtual reality closer together. These links will take you to different areas of my work.
