Formed in 1991 initially as Blacker Shade of Blue, Memento Mori present the audio tortures of our existence:

We had a tape recorder running during a rehearsal and below are audio files of us playing our own songs.
Our first song wrote was Serpent City (Allen/McMurray)
Next up was Black Angel (Allen/McMurray/Rimmer)
No More (Duffy/McMurray) followed and we also then got a chance to do a rough live recording in a practice studio of No More (Demo Version) and Thoughts Of Winter (Demo Version) (Kerr/McMurray).
Meanwhile we had a few songs heavily under 'work in progress'. From the old rehearsal tape we had Spirals (McMurray) and Untitled (Allen) that needed lyrics to be added to them but never got finished.
Finally Baleful Creed (McMurray/Allen) was presented to the rest of the band and promptly broke Memento Mori up as they didn't like the direction the guitarists wanted to take the band.
