No slouch in the gym - here's a 5-plate Dead-lift two weeks before a contest.  That's 200kg/441lb (5x20kg plates each side, not including Olympic bar), not bad for a someone in ripped condition at just over 80kg/176lb and about 165cm/5'5".  Strangely my best lifts usually happen the week before the show.  Personal best Dead-lift stands at over 5.5-plate (over 220kg/485lb), Bench Press around 4.5-plate (around 180kg/396lb), and Squat at 6-plate (240kg/529lb).
