Il Vigneto is a traditionally-built house in the heart of Umbria, a beautiful and historic region of Italy. It stands in half an acre of an old vineyard, in a wonderful hillside setting with spectacular views from the house and pool towards the olive groves and hilltop cypresses of an unchanging Italian landscape.

The interior combines the rustic charm of traditional hand-made terracotta floors, beamed ceilings and travertine tiles,  with  contemporary fittings and finishes in the kitchen and shower rooms. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and accommodates up to six people. 

Il Vigneto's location in the Umbrian countryside and its proximity to Rome, Florence and Perugia make it an ideal holiday location for exploring some of the most beautiful areas of Umbria and Tuscany.  While it is wonderful in summer, it is also perfect for an out-of-season holiday, with central heating, and the welcoming warmth of an open fireplace in the sitting room
