We
are fortunate in being able to record all the officers for the entire
life of the Club since its foundation in 1893. These are given
below in a list broken into segments.
The
divisions in the list are partly arbitrary, partly historic, eg
the onset of the Frost/Wilmot years (1929), the onset of the Nurse/James
era (1954), the onset of the modern era (1983) when the Club Rules
were re-drafted and introduced the office of Deputy Chairman.
At
the foot of the page is a table giving the record years of tenure
for each office.
