How to: Battlegrounds

After a long time in battlegrounds farming ranks I finally got knight champion (99% of the way to the next rank, grr!). Well after a long break from then, I re-entered  and showed people how it was done, like back in the good old days. These techniques will generally work in any battleground and with any patch, so enjoy and I hope you get some good pointers out of them!
