An Explanation Of Grading And Condition Of Specific Items

General Grading

Mint = As new. This item should be in the same condition as it would have been when it was first issued.

Very Good = Bareley marked. These items are in excellent condition and look almost new. There may be some paper scuffs, etc., but no tears or major wear.

Good = Items in fair condition, particularly for their age. There may be small tears, evidence of wear, yellowing, etc.

Poor = Items in poor condition will sometimes have a specific fault such as a missing cover, missing pages, large tears or other damage. In this case we will always try to be as specific as possible

In the case of Good and Poor graded items, we will always attempt to be as specific as possible regarding their condition with particular reference to any damage they may bear. However, as in the case of all items, it is ALWAYS BETTER TO CONTACT US for a more detailed description before you part with your cash.

Where there are two gradings Mint/Very Good this refers to packaged items (normally toys, models, etc.) where the first grading refers to the item (toy, model, etc.) and the second grading refers to the packaging. Once again, please contact us for more specific details.
