Canterbury Pubs
Closed Pubs

Canterbury's independent pub website since 1996 (on and off!)

We've been keeping an eye on pubs in Canterbury since 1994, and there have been plenty of comings and goings in that time. If you're looking for a pub you remember from the early 90s onwards and you can't find elsewhere on the site, chances are it'll be here.

Where a pub has had multiple names these are all listed on the same page. It'd be great to hear your memories of these pages - use the forum links on each pub's page. If there's a pub missing, use this thread on the forum to tell to tell us. We'll happily add pubs that date back before the 90s if you've got information.
