When are we cycling the AALEJOG?

We will start this epic journey on 18th June 2007 and estimate that we will cycle just over 1,000 miles taking 14 days or so.  We hope that the weather will be kind to us and that the Scottish midges will be nowhere to be seen!

Training for the event

Living a distance apart we are doing our own thing regarding training.  Arthur keeps fit by playing a lot of squash and cycles whenever he can.   He recently cycled to Lyme Regis one day and cycled back the following day covering 131 miles.  Adrian has routines which he does in the local gym and he goes out for regular cycles rides.
