A delightful 2 double bedroom, 4 star rated, rural character period cottage in the heart of the Isle of Wight countryside, with many excellent walks and traffic free cycle tracks nearby, also an easy stroll away are Merstone fisheries, a number of well stocked fishing lakes in the countryside.
A selection of excellent public houses/restaurants are also within a 1-1/2 mile radius
The cottage is available for weekly (Saturday to Saturday) lets, it has recently been
decorated refurbished and furnished to a very high standard
The delightful lounge has oak laminate flooring, beamed ceiling, central feature fireplace, multi-fuel wood burning stove,
digital home cinema with nicam stereo wide screen TV, freeview box, video and DVD, also a Sony music centre
There is a spacious fitted kitchen/dining room
The master bedroom has a four poster bed
The second bedroom has twin 2' 6'' wide beds
The bathroom has a bath and shower
Electric central heating throughout is included
Outside is a West facing patio garden to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun.
