Tango Tzigane
Tango Tzigane are a versatile violin and accordion
duo playing music from Europe and South America, including gypsy czardas and
bulgars from Eastern Europe, tangos from Argentina, and waltzes from Venezuela,
Cuba and the cafes of Paris. Ideally suited to functions, corporate events,
weddings, parties and special occasions. Tango Tzigane create a virtuoso
& passionate musical experience.
Tango Tzigane are Rod
Taylor (violin) and Nigel Waterhouse (accordion). Based in West Yorkshire we
have played throughout Britain performing at many concerts, weddings, parties
and corporate events. We have also been asked to play at some unusual events.
Past performances include playing on the GNER Leeds to London train and the
Penistone Line music train, performing for the Prime minister on his visit to
Leeds in 2001 and for Prince Andrew on his visit in 2004, and playing to
customers at both Debenhams and Marks and Spencers.
