To import kit using BAX Global (Air
Freight)
1. Fill out C100 as per link here leave
EPU/Entry No/Date blank as this is filled in by UK customs when your
package arrives in the UK.
2. If emailing order send a PDF copy of completed
C100 with your order (you could also fax/scan) to Barbara at
Vans and ask her to:
a. Attach a copy of C100 to the
crate and mark the crate "END USE RELIEF".
b. Send order by "BAX
Global DOOR to DOOR" (put this on your order below
credit card details and in covering letter/fax header)
3. Make contact with import agent (BAX
Global in UK are called Schenker
Ltd) to let them know packages on the way "DOOR to DOOR with
a C100 End Use Relief Form"
4. Wait for call from Schenker for
delivery time and bill - Door to Door charge & VAT (after
customs clear package(s) and decide what to levy) - I paid by
credit card. It is up to you to make sure you have manpower/lifting
equipment to get crates to your garage/workshop from the vehicle;
assume driver will not help (Health And Safety!).
