DESCENDENTS OF ROBERT PEELING
A : ROBERT PEELING, an agricultural labourer was born in Norfolk in about 1791, married Elizabeth WALTON (born about and baptised in 1790 in Dereham, Norfolk, the daughter of John and Mary late HUDSON). He lived with his family in Stanfield, Norfolk and died there on 10 December 1841.

1817 Norfolk Marriage CD: Robert PELEN married Elizabeth WALTON on 7 September 1817 at Stanfield.
1841 Census: "Bob" aged 50 and an "Ag. Lab." living in Stanfield, Norfolk with his wife and 5 children; "Wm.", Walton, Henry, Hannah and Gamaliel with place of birth indicated as Norfolk.
1841 Death Certificate shows death on 10 December from Asthma aged 50 at Stanfield with the "Informant" given as John George of Stanfield.
1841 National Burial Index: Robert Peeling buried on 14 December at St Margaret's Church, Stanfield
1851 Census: Wife described as widow.
1853 Marriage Certificate dated 2 November of his son Henry to Mary Ann Moor (sic) names Robert but doesn't say he was deceased!
