CHEQUE

Alternatively payment is accepted by cheques drawn on a UK bank account. If you wish to pay by
cheque please email your order quoting the following information:-

• ALBUM TITLE/S AND NUMBER
• NAME AND ADDRESS (INCLUDING POSTCODE)
• CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER

A confirmation email will be sent to you by return, confirming your order remittance due and details where
to send your payment.

DISPATCH

Albums dispatched via ROYAL MAIL within 5 working days after payment has cleared. Delivery to UK mainland
is a free of charge.

Worldwide shipping is available - please enquire by email for quotation.

RETURNS POLICY

In the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return your item/s please
contact me via email as soon as possible and return the item within 7 days of receipt. The buyer must pay
for the return delivery. If an album is received in a damaged state please contact me as soon as possible.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER


Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 working days, however every effort will be made to
accommodate a cancellation or change request providing your order has not yet been processed and
dispatched. To expedite the cancellation process please email Jeanette at jmwebcontact@tiscali.co.uk.
If your order has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled however it can be returned, please see
information above regarding returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.
