The studies of a porcupine quill as a natural form took me into growing a special interest in Africa, both as continent and as a culture. In this occasion, I was most interested in the form and the shape; thin, long, soft and very pleasant to the touch. This series of work is dedicated to a beautiful, warm and passionate continent, it retains the felling of ethnic jewellery but transformed and interpreted in a contemporary and modern series, the simplicity yet elegance of these pieces are immense and just create the perfect design.
