Ways to Help

It is hoped to raise enough money from sponsorship and advertising to cover the costs of staging all concerts so that all monies received from ticket sales go directly to the Organ Appeal Fund. If you can help, read on.

Sponsorship

You can sponsor future concerts - or a series of concerts - and your logo will be displayed on all publicity materials, the programme cover and wherever possible you will be mentioned in any press coverage obtained.

Advertise in a Concert Programme

The programmes are A4 format on gloss art paper. They are black and white throughout, the only colour being on the cover, which is the official blue of the Organ Appeal Fund. Advertising costs are as follows:

Full page A4                                        £400

Half page A4 (horizontal or vertical)        £200

Quarter page                                            £100

1/16 strip advert                                        £25

Donate a Raffle Prize

If you can donate prizes for a raffle to be held during a concert we will be happy to hear from you. You will in return get a listing in our programme. Raffle prizes at previous concerts have included wine, meals for two and a rather large garden urn to name but a few! If you can donate a raffle prize please contact sheenamacd@btinertnet.co.uk

Donations

Donations can be made to the Appeal at any time. Cheques should be made payable to "Organ Appeal Fund" and sent to Sacred Heart Presbytery, marked clearly for the attention of Sheena Macdonald. Donations can also be gift aided, so if you choose to make a donation we will send you a gift aid form to fill in, so that we can reclaim any tax paid.
