Business terms and conditions: The following business terms and conditions apply.
1) Payment is due 30 days after invoicing.
2) Errors and omissions in delivered translations must be notified within 14 days.
3) Claims for consequential loss and claims by third parties are excluded.
4) The client indemnifies the translator against unintentional infringement of copyright.
5) Work intended for publication must be independently checked by the customer.
6) Contracts are subject to English law. |
