Microsoft Excel: Resize Cells
 

Manually move column or row headers  Move the cursor over the horizontal or vertical lines dividing the row or column headers.  When the cursor changes to a double sided arrow, click and drag to increase or decrease the size of the cell.

Use AutoFit with column or row headers Float the cursor over the horizontal or vertical lines dividing column or row headers. Double click and Autofit will change the size of the cell to fit the text within.
