To add video to a PowerPoint presentation: Go to the Insert menu and select Movies and Sound. Select Movie from Gallery or Movie from File to use a custom movie.

To add audio to a PowerPoint presentation. Go to the Insert menu and select Movies and Sound. Select Sound from Gallery or Sound from File to use a custom movie. Select the sound you wish to insert and click the Insert button.
